YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD
In the 2010-2011 academic year, Sister Cities of Nashville established its first Youth Advisory Board. The Sister Cities’ Board of Directors established the Youth Advisory Board to help the organization achieve its strategic goal of implementing excellent educational exchanges. Our youth who have participated in exchanges (hosting and/or traveling abroad) have unique insights and can help shape programs for the future. They also serve as student ambassadors from Nashville, welcoming international student delegates, and they support Sister Cities of Nashville’s community efforts including Celebrate Nashville, the Cherry Blossom Walk and Festival, and World of Friendship.
